Weekly dam check — Upper Mekong cascade

One line per dam from the newest full-coverage Sentinel-1 radar pass. Change is against the last pass on the same orbit (different orbits read the shoreline differently). “Month so far” is the month-to-date radar composite compared with our 2017–22 normal for that month. A provisional alert uses the same rule as the monthly alerts, applied to the month to date; it can change when the month closes.
